Our IT department is looking for Summer Help!
Job Responsibilities:
- Imaging New and Used laptop and desktop Computers for New Hire, Replacement , and Refresh
- Performing in place and remote Upgrades
- Answering the Service Desk phone line, Entering Service Desk Tickets and performing basic support tasks like
- resetting passwords
- setting up printer
- Escalating tickets
- Maintaining Computer asset inventory
- Removing hard drives from computers being prepared for disposal.
You MUST be at least 16 years of age and be available to work onsite at our Wrightstown, WI location for 40 hours per week.
